COMMISSION INFO & T.O.S. | CAPT_RO

✅ Will Draw:
• OC (Original Characters).
• Fan art.
• NSFW.
• Trek AND Non-Trek stuff.
• Furries (my skill in this area is on a case-by-case basis)
• Any Gender.

❌ Won't Draw:
• Anything Illegal.
• Hate Symbols
• If there's an issue, I'll let you know during consultation.

❗ IMPORTANT INFO
• Consultations are free.
• When drawing NSFW, I can give you a blurred/censored version free of charge.
• I do ask that you have some picture form of reference of your character, or any specific details you'd like. The more you can give me in terms of descriptions, images, etc, the higher the quality of the result.
• Complicated characters/clothing/ backgrounds potentially up the price.
• I'll give you an estimate on the added cost caused by any complicated details.

TERMS OF SERVICE - ART BY CAPT RO

💲 PAYMENT:
• All payments are made via PayPal in AUD (Australian Dollar)
• Commissions will be PAID IN FULL, once a consultation is complete and approved.
• Once payment is received, I will begin working on the commission.

💌 THE COMMISSION PROCESS:
• A consultation will happen first, usually held on twitter in DMs (I can also chat with you on Discord).
• Once approved, you will be sent a PayPal invoice to your email. Any personal information you provide will be treated as confidential, and never handed over to third-parties. You do not have to provide an address in the invoice to pay, as there is no shipping involved.
• When the payment is received, I will begin the commission.
• Once the sketch is finished, I will show you a watermarked version with W.I.P. on it. This will allow you to confirm you're satisfied with it. At this point, you can ask for MAJOR alterations ONCE, with minor adjustments following that, for FREE.
• After the sketch is approved, I will move onto the colouring/shading/painting stage.
• Once this stage is completed, you will be provided with one last W.I.P. watermarked image, to approve. You may ONLY ask for minor adjustments at this point for FREE.
• When you are satisfied, I will send you the final saved files without W.I.P watermark, either to your email, or via DM in twitter.

The commission would then be complete.

Major Alteration — Pose change, clothing changed, anatomy altered (less muscular/more muscular/gender change), Background change, etc
Minor Adjustments — Colour changes, adjusting the position of something, moving an arm, mistakes, etc.

🔆 WHAT YOU GET:
• Commissions are saved as .PNG, and come with two versions. One is the original resolution (usually quite large), and the second is a smaller version (more easily used for avatars and such, though you still may need to resize this yourself for some websites).
• All images are 300 DPI
• NSFW commissions will come with a censored/blurred large and small image as well (so four, including the non-censored versions).

❗ USE:
• I reserve the rights to the artwork I create
• All commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY (they may be used for social IDs, avatars, icons, banners/headers, wallpapers, you may print them, or display/upload on any website you like. You may also use them for podcast avatars.)
• My signature/watermark may not be removed, unless it's by cropping for profile pictures/banners)
• If you would like to use art you've purchased from me for commercial purposes, please contact me for permission first.


💔 CANCELLATIONS:
• I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel and refund all money paid for a commission(s), for any reason, at anytime. (Computer breaking, real life issues, and any other reason).
• The FULL amount will always be refunded, if a cancellation is required, via PayPal.
• If the commissioner is not satisfied with the sketch, does not wish to proceed, or needs to cancel for any reason at the sketch-stage, I can refund all money paid via PayPal. If you're not happy, I won't hold you to it.
• The commissioner is not permitted to cancel their commission after the sketch is approved.
